The Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) is set to mark its 10th anniversary from November 12 to 14, 2025, at the Singapore EXPO, gathering over a thousand global leaders from finance, technology, and policy sectors. Organized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), and Constellar, in collaboration with the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), the festival’s central theme will be ‘Shaping the Next Decade of Growth.’
This landmark event will delve into how Artificial Intelligence (AI), tokenization, and quantum computing can be harnessed to foster a secure, efficient, and inclusive global financial system. The 2025 edition builds on a decade of significant growth, following last year’s event which attracted 65,000 participants from 134 countries.
More than 70 sessions are planned to explore the profound impact of these emerging technologies. Discussions will specifically address AI’s role in revolutionizing risk management, enhancing regulatory compliance, and expanding financial inclusion. Tokenization’s potential to unlock capital market efficiencies will also be a key focus, alongside the critical evolution of cybersecurity and encryption standards in the age of quantum computing.
Kenneth Gay, Chief FinTech Officer at MAS, highlighted the festival’s journey, stating, “SFF’s 10th anniversary represents a decade of convergence between financial services and technology. This journey mirrors the evolution of FinTech from early digital innovations to today’s AI-driven transformation.” Echoing this sentiment, Sopnendu Mohanty, Group Chief Executive Officer of GFTN, emphasized the urgency of the festival’s mission: “SFF 2025 calls for urgent action to address persistent gaps in global finance and to build the next generation of trusted and inclusive infrastructure powered by AI, quantum computing, and tokenisation.”
The festival will also feature a range of special programs designed to foster collaboration and growth, including The Founders Peak, Capital Meets Policy Dialogue, Investor Hours, and SFF MeetUp. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore Singapore’s vibrant FinTech Ecosystem through an Innovation Lab Crawl. Additionally, the 10th Global FinTech Hackcelerator will spotlight AI-driven innovations, and the Global Impact Champions Awards will recognize efforts in financial health.

As a prelude to the main event, an invite-only Insights Forum will take place from November 10-11 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, bringing together regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders for discussions aimed at shaping actionable outcomes for the year ahead. The festival aims to address persistent global challenges, such as the USD $5.2 trillion SME finance gap, the 1.4 billion unbanked population, and issues related to ageing populations, by leveraging these advanced technologies.
