Saltlux Launches AI Work Innovation Center to Drive Enterprise AI Adoption in Korea

TLDR: Saltlux has officially launched its ‘AI Work Innovation Center’ in South Korea on July 15, 2025. This new center aims to provide comprehensive support to corporations looking to integrate generative artificial intelligence (AI) into their operations, addressing common challenges such as system integration, security, and cost. The initiative is designed to accelerate AI adoption across various industries by offering end-to-end assistance from strategic planning to prototype development and full-scale implementation.

On July 15, 2025, Saltlux, a prominent South Korean technology firm, officially inaugurated its ‘AI Work Innovation Center,’ a strategic initiative designed to systematically facilitate the adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI) within corporate environments. The center’s primary objective is to offer comprehensive, end-to-end support for companies navigating the complexities of integrating AI agents into their workflows.

The new center will guide corporations through the entire AI adoption lifecycle, encompassing strategy development, evaluation of cutting-edge technologies, prototype creation, and the seamless transition to core business operations. This initiative directly addresses the significant challenges many businesses face, including system integration hurdles, security concerns, and substantial financial outlays, despite a growing desire to leverage AI for enhanced competitiveness.

Saltlux’s approach through the AI Work Innovation Center is built on a sprint-based framework. It leverages an extensive array of resources, including approximately 30 types of large and small language models (LLM, SLM), proprietary GPU and cloud infrastructure, AI coding assistants, and over 100 external integration tools. A key feature of their methodology is the ‘pre-feedback method,’ which allows for early review of expected outcomes for each use case, thereby significantly enhancing project success rates.

The center’s support structure is divided into four distinct stages: strategic workshops, prototype design, development, and the final transition to main business operations. This agile process ensures that customer requirements are continuously reflected, with elements optimized for actual operations—such as internal data integration, user training, and AIOps—being progressively applied.

Preliminary outreach efforts have already identified high demand across six critical sectors: AI smart factories, in-house business support systems, data analysis, workflow automation, and innovative financial services. Saltlux anticipates that prototype development for these areas will conclude early this year.

To further disseminate knowledge and encourage adoption, Saltlux is scheduled to host a webinar titled ‘Practical Playbook for AI Adoption’ on July 29, 2025. This event will provide insights into adoption strategies, use case application methods, and key technology review points. Attendees of the webinar will also be offered complimentary support for use case workshops and prototype development.
