The AI Agent OS serves as a unified orchestration framework, acting as a central nervous system for enterprise AI. It enables seamless connection and scaling of intelligent agents, regardless of their underlying platform or framework, into modular, adaptive workflows. This system is compatible with leading cloud platforms and technologies, including Anthropic, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Gemini models, Agentspace, Agent2A (A2A) protocol), Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, and Workday.
The newly unveiled portfolio of over 120 AI agents, developed in close collaboration with Google Cloud, spans 24 cross-functional workflows. These agents are engineered for production use, emphasizing integration, governance, and auditability. Clients leveraging this ecosystem have reported significant measurable impacts, including up to eight times faster process cycle times and over 30% cost reductions in targeted functions.
Specific use cases for these AI agents are diverse and impactful. In retail, they facilitate sales anomaly detection; in healthcare, they assist with clinical documentation; and in finance, they automate compliance checks. PwC has already demonstrated tangible benefits within its own operations, achieving a 25% reduction in phone time and a remarkable 94% acceleration in compliance checks.
Jason Ruge, PwC’s Google Cloud Alliance Leader, highlighted the significance of this development, stating, “These 120 agents are designed for production use — each one is integrated, governed and auditable. This is intelligent scale: the ability to spin up value-driven agents and workflows on demand, securely and at enterprise-grade. For instance, new tools like Data PRO and Acquisition Hub are being launched to simplify audit data collection and preparation for clients and audit teams, with an AI-native platform orchestrating audit work.
