TLDR: PredictX has launched ‘Revere,’ an advanced AI-powered module designed to revolutionize business travel management by enabling travel managers to create highly specific, data-driven alerts using natural language. Announced at the GBTA Europe Conference, Revere aims to enhance efficiency, proactive risk management, and compliance by automating the monitoring of travel and expense data.
Hamburg, Germany – November 11, 2025 – PredictX, a leader in travel data intelligence, today announced the launch of ‘Revere,’ an innovative AI-powered alert creation module set to transform how businesses monitor and manage their travel programs. The new functionality, unveiled at the GBTA Europe Conference in Hamburg, allows travel managers to generate highly granular and configurable data-driven alerts for various aspects of their travel operations.
Revere leverages advanced artificial intelligence to enable users to create alerts using natural language, both chat-based and verbal. This intuitive interface allows travel managers to simply state what aspects of their travel data they wish to monitor, and PredictX’s ‘Cogent AI agents’ handle the rest. The system is designed to ask clarifying questions if needed and can even suggest similar alerts, akin to recommendation engines found in consumer platforms like Netflix.
These alerts can address a wide range of considerations, including operational efficiencies, traveler wellbeing, and critical risk management. By connecting the company’s Cogent AI agents with its existing Alerting Module, Revere ensures continuous monitoring of travel and expense data. When a specified activity or anomaly occurs, the AI agent promptly notifies the travel manager.
Keesup Chloe, CEO of PredictX, highlighted the module’s core benefit: “Revere enables travel managers to move away from manually checking dashboards for relevant information. They can simply state in natural language whatever aspect of their data they would like to monitor, and our team of AI agents will handle the rest.” Chloe further explained, “The idea is to free people’s time and allow them to do what’s called ‘management by exception,’ so you’re not pouring over reports and dashboards only to figure out that everything’s fine [with your travel programme]. If Revere doesn’t alert you, then everything is fine, and this allows travel managers to focus on engagement with stakeholders, travellers and suppliers.”
The benefits extend beyond time-saving. PredictX states that its intelligent notification systems can improve travel policy compliance without creating alert fatigue through sophisticated targeting algorithms. These systems apply machine learning to determine which alerts require immediate attention versus scheduled digests, personalize delivery timing, adjust message frequency, and continuously optimize content for maximum engagement. The technology also supports proactive risk management by identifying potential issues before travel, maintaining awareness of changing risk levels, and providing comprehensive documentation for compliance, potentially reducing travel-related risk incidents by 30-40%.

Revere can also be configured to trigger secondary actions, such as sending an email to an internal compliance department or a Travel Management Company (TMC) partner. The module is currently being piloted with a select group of PredictX clients, with a full rollout anticipated in the first quarter of 2026.
