TLDR: Precisely, a leader in data integrity, has announced a significant expansion of its Data Integrity Suite with the introduction of new AI Agents and a context-aware Copilot. These innovations aim to deliver autonomous, yet fully governed, data integrity across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, empowering organizations to maintain accurate, consistent, and contextual data through automated and optimized management processes.
Precisely, the global leader in data integrity, has unveiled a strategic expansion of its Data Integrity Suite, integrating a new generation of AI Agents and a sophisticated context-aware Copilot. This initiative is designed to bring autonomous, yet fully governed, data integrity capabilities to enterprises worldwide, addressing the critical need for trusted data in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. The announcement, made in early September 2025, underscores Precisely’s commitment to enabling organizations to confidently leverage their data.
These new tools are engineered to operate seamlessly across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Their primary objective is to empower businesses to maintain data that is accurate, consistent, and contextual by automating and optimizing data management processes, thereby reducing the need for constant human intervention. Chris Hall, Chief Product Officer at Precisely, emphasized the foundational role of trusted data, stating, “AI can only achieve its promise when it operates on data that can be trusted, and when users remain firmly in control of how it’s applied.” He added, “We are building AI agents and a Copilot to help our customers build an ecosystem of trusted data with less effort and expense. We are combining autonomy with guardrails, transparency, and flexibility to give customers the confidence to innovate faster, knowing their data integrity processes are working continuously and intelligently in the background.”
The newly introduced AI Agents for the Precisely Data Integrity Suite are designed to proactively automate critical aspects of data integrity. These agents will function within parameters controlled by the customer, ensuring that every action is explainable and traceable, aligning with an organization’s security, compliance, and operational priorities. The first wave of these agents will focus on core data integrity needs, such as an Integration Agent tasked with orchestrating and monitoring data pipelines across diverse systems, from mainframe to cloud, starting with an automated replication recommender.
Complementing the AI Agents is the Precisely Copilot, which features a natural language interface specifically tuned for data integrity. This Copilot is intended for both technical and business users, translating complex data tasks into guided, personalized interactions. It allows users to delegate work to AI while maintaining human oversight, thereby improving accessibility and accelerating outcomes. This builds upon previous Precisely innovations, including an AI Manager introduced in February that delivered GenAI capabilities with AWS Bedrock, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server launched in July to facilitate programmatic access to trusted datasets.

Precisely’s approach to AI governance combines robust oversight with intelligent automation. Capabilities such as auto-generated glossary terms, asset descriptions, and dynamic workflows are expected to reduce manual effort and accelerate onboarding. Furthermore, governance scores, observability alerts, and lineage tracking will provide real-time visibility into model and data integrity. The company, which serves 12,000 customers in over 100 countries, including 93 of the Fortune 100, aims to enable enterprises to shift their focus from managing data issues to confidently using data as a driver of strategic growth and innovation.
