Novacore Innovations Launches India’s Premier GPU Cloud with NVIDIA Blackwell Servers

TLDR: Novacore Innovations has become India’s first GPU cloud provider to deploy NVIDIA Blackwell servers, a move set to significantly enhance the nation’s AI and machine learning capabilities. The Mumbai-headquartered company, founded in late 2024, secured ₹44.6 crore ($5.1 million USD) in financing to establish its initial Blackwell cluster in Hyderabad, targeting AI infrastructure needs across India, the U.S., and the Middle East.

Mumbai, India – August 29, 2025 – Novacore Innovations today announced a landmark achievement, becoming India’s inaugural GPU cloud platform to integrate NVIDIA Blackwell servers. This strategic deployment is poised to revolutionize India’s high-performance computing landscape, providing critical infrastructure for advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) workloads, thereby bolstering the nation’s global competitiveness in the tech arena.

Founded in late 2024 by San Francisco-based Ranbir Badwal and Mumbai-based Aryamaan Singhania, Novacore Innovations is strategically positioned to offer cost-effective AI infrastructure. The company leverages India’s competitive electricity costs, its vast pool of skilled technical talent, and Hyderabad’s robust power grid and advanced data center ecosystem. This approach aims to deliver unparalleled value to startups, researchers, and enterprises across India, the United States, and the Middle East.

To fuel its ambitious expansion, Novacore has successfully secured ₹44.6 crore INR, equivalent to $5.1 million USD, in financing. This funding round was led by Rashi Fincorp, with significant participation from investors in the U.S. and Abu Dhabi. The capital will be instrumental in funding the rollout of Novacore’s first Blackwell cluster in Hyderabad, a move designed to strengthen domestic compute capacity and enable research teams and enterprises to execute advanced AI workloads without reliance on overseas resources.

Novacore’s platform is designed to serve three high-growth markets: India’s burgeoning startup ecosystem, U.S. innovators, and organizations throughout the Middle East. Customers are set to benefit from lower operational costs, rapid provisioning, and scalable GPU power essential for cutting-edge applications such as generative AI, large language models (LLMs), scientific computing, and real-time analytics. To accelerate adoption, Novacore is also offering free trials of its Blackwell clusters to qualifying startups and laboratories in each target region.
