The highly anticipated 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Conference is scheduled to take place from October 22 to 24 at the W Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee. Now in its seventh year, the conference is poised to be a pivotal gathering for over 50 senior executives, thought leaders, and innovators, all focused on the transformative power of artificial intelligence (AI), automation, data, and cutting-edge strategies in reshaping global supply chains. The event is hosted by Supply Chain Management Review, with Brian Straight, editor-in-chief, serving as the technical program director.

The conference’s theme, ‘Fresh, Focused, Future-Ready,’ encapsulates its commitment to providing actionable insights into how next-generation technologies are being implemented to build agile, resilient, and intelligent supply chains. Attendees can expect a dynamic program featuring keynote presentations, an esteemed awards ceremony, and deep-dive breakout sessions tailored for professionals across 3PL/logistics, CPG, food & beverage, and life sciences sectors.

A highlight of the conference will be the keynote addresses. Val Marchevsky, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Uber Freight, will deliver a keynote titled ‘Reimagining Logistics with AI: Turning Intelligence into Action,’ detailing AI’s profound impact on logistics. Following this, Todd Stillwell and Kimberly Galante of Dole Packaged Foods will present a joint keynote, sharing insights on how Dole is scaling its mid-size CPG supply chain through flexible manufacturing, streamlined logistics, and data-driven forecasting.

Recognizing excellence in the field, the NextGen Supply Chain Awards will be a significant part of the event. The End User Awards will honor leaders in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation, with notable recipients including Bill Monk, VP-Supply Chain-Distribution & Transportation of GNC for Robotics, and Liz Koziol, Senior VP-Operations of FedEx Supply Chain for Artificial Intelligence. Diageo will receive the Visionary Award for its groundbreaking data and digitization initiatives.
