This strategic leadership transition sees Peeran stepping up from his impactful role as Managing Director, where he was instrumental in steering the company through significant growth and global diversification.
Peeran’s tenure as Managing Director saw VDart Digital expand its footprint into key emerging markets, including the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, and India. Crucially, he played a pivotal role in broadening the firm’s service portfolio to include cutting-edge offerings in Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms. He also spearheaded the launch of a high-value strategy consulting division, designed to assist clients in achieving digital transformation with efficiency and speed.
With a career spanning over three decades in the technology and consulting landscape, Peeran brings extensive experience to his new role. Prior to joining VDart Digital in July 2020, he held senior positions with the State of Michigan and Ford Motor Company. He also founded and served as CEO & Principal Consultant at Peer Solutions Group Inc. for over 13 years, leading business and digital transformation initiatives, including application modernization to the cloud at Ford and legacy modernization programs for the State of Michigan. His diverse background also includes roles at Zerowait Computers, Strategic Staffing Solutions, IT Intellectuals, and Nashsoft Systems.
As CEO, Peeran’s strategic priorities include accelerating scalable and sustainable growth, strengthening long-term customer relationships, investing in talent development, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing VDart Digital’s brand positioning in global markets.
