TLDR: Process intelligence firm Mimica has successfully raised $26.2 million in Series B funding. This capital infusion, led by Paladin Capital Group with continued support from Khosla Ventures, LGVP, and Entrepreneur First, will be used to accelerate the development and deployment of Mimica’s agentic AI platform, which trains AI agents on real enterprise workflows rather than generic prompts.
Mimica, a leading process intelligence firm, announced on July 31, 2025, that it has secured $26.2 million in Series B funding. This significant investment is earmarked to propel the company’s agentic artificial intelligence (AI) platform, designed to train AI agents using authentic enterprise workflow data. The funding round was spearheaded by Paladin Capital Group, with existing investors Khosla Ventures, LGVP, and Entrepreneur First also participating.
The Mimica platform, which became commercially available in 2023, has demonstrated remarkable growth, achieving over 570 percent annual recurring revenue growth in the past 18 months. It currently serves more than 30 large enterprises across diverse sectors including healthcare, logistics, financial services, and manufacturing.
Traditionally, Mimica has focused on optimizing business processes through ‘task mining,’ which involves capturing live clicks and keystrokes to identify bottlenecks and recommend automation or process improvements. With this new funding, the company is shifting its focus towards accelerating the adoption of agentic AI within enterprises. Agentic AI systems are capable of independently completing tasks and achieving objectives with minimal human intervention, learning and adapting to make decisions, unlike traditional rule-based AI.
Tuhin Chakraborty, CEO and co-founder of Mimica, highlighted the critical need for enterprises to effectively apply AI. He stated, “Enterprises are desperate to apply AI to their businesses, but they are currently flying blind as to where and how. Our core technology understands the nuances of how work actually gets done in the enterprise, allowing us to discover inefficiencies and recommend improvements at scale. It also bridges a critical gap between human and agentic workflow execution. Like humans, even the smartest AI models need process-specific training.” Chakraborty further emphasized, “Mimica captures the missing layer, turning raw clickstream activity into a machine-readable library of business processes that power AI agents. We’re proud to be building the intelligence infrastructure that finally lets enterprises see and trust how their agents work.”

This funding will enable Mimica to further develop its platform, allowing enterprises to deploy AI agents that are grounded in their unique operational data, leading to greater operational efficiency, faster cycle times, and a workforce liberated from repetitive tasks. The company aims to provide the necessary visibility for identifying automation opportunities and training AI agents to navigate real-world workflows with precision and confidence.
