Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, the real estate arm of the Mahindra Group, has made a significant strategic move by appointing Ms. Parijat Dey as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective September 1, 2025. The company’s Board of Directors formally approved this appointment on August 28, 2025, following a recommendation from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Dey brings a wealth of experience, spanning over two decades, in technology leadership, digital transformation, and innovation across various global organizations. Her career journey began at Infosys Technologies, after she completed her B.E. in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur and an MBA in Marketing from ISB Hyderabad.
Prior to joining Mahindra Lifespace, Dey held senior leadership positions where she was instrumental in driving large-scale technological advancements. At Viacom18 Media, she led enterprise technology and data engineering initiatives, overseeing the successful rollout of over 25 enterprise applications and the development of a Big Data platform on Microsoft Azure.
Most recently, since December 2020, Dey served as the Capabilities Leader – AI, Technology & Innovation at PwC Acceleration Center India. In this pivotal role, she was responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives in cutting-edge fields such as AI/ML, automation, advanced analytics, spatial computing, generative AI, Metaverse, and low-code/no-code platforms across seven global locations.
Mahindra Lifespace emphasized that Dey’s appointment is crucial for accelerating its journey toward offering smart, sustainable, and digitally enabled real estate solutions. Her deep expertise in AI, enterprise technology, responsible innovation, and sustainable tech practices positions her as a strategic leader poised to shape the company’s technology strategy and drive its digital-first growth agenda.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers boasts a substantial development footprint, encompassing 41.11 million square feet (saleable area) of completed, ongoing, and forthcoming residential projects across seven Indian cities. Additionally, it manages over 5,000 acres under development in its integrated and industrial clusters across four locations.

In its latest financial report for Q1 FY26, the company demonstrated robust performance, posting a 302.8% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹51.24 crore. This was achieved despite a nearly 32% year-on-year fall in revenue from operations, which stood at ₹31.97 crore.
