TLDR: M2i Global CEO Alberto Rosende has provided further insights into the company’s acquisition of Volato and the recent launch of Parslee Document Intelligence, an AI-driven platform. Parslee is designed to improve the accuracy and reliability of large language models (LLMs) when processing structured documents, aiming to reduce AI ‘hallucinations’ and ensure auditability, particularly crucial for highly regulated sectors like aviation and critical minerals tracking. This strategic move enhances M2i Global’s capabilities in compliance and data integrity.
M2i Global (OTC:MTWO) CEO Alberto Rosende recently elaborated on the company’s strategic acquisition of Volato Group and the subsequent launch of Parslee Document Intelligence, an innovative AI-driven platform. This development is set to significantly enhance data accuracy and transparency across various regulated industries.
Parslee, initially developed by Volato to manage the intricate filings required in the aviation sector, functions as a preprocessor for leading large language models (LLMs) such such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. Unlike traditional AI chatbots or machine learning tools, Parslee structures input, identifies missing clauses, and maps relationships within documents like contracts, SEC filings, and compliance reports before the content is passed to an LLM. This unique approach dramatically reduces the occurrence of ‘hallucinations’ and omissions, while simultaneously creating an auditable trail of provenance for every analysis, thereby enhancing both transparency and reliability.
Rosende highlighted that Parslee’s determinism and auditability are particularly vital for M2i Global, especially in its work on government-funded projects where accuracy, compliance, and documentation integrity are non-negotiable. He stated, “Parslee really is the precursor to the use of AI. Volato had been developing an internal platform to facilitate the multiple filings and documents they need to present because aviation is a highly regulated field.” He further emphasized that the platform will be a “game-changer” for M2i, streamlining grant applications, reducing the time and cost associated with complex filings, and strengthening quality assurance across all documentation workflows.
Matt Liotta, CEO of Volato, underscored Parslee’s distinctiveness, noting, “Parslee is not another AI model, it’s the structure that models need but don’t have.” He added that the platform was built to solve Volato’s toughest compliance problems and by making it available to others, they are demonstrating that AI can be both smarter and more accountable in professional settings where accuracy is paramount.

This launch also signifies Volato’s broader evolution beyond its core aviation business. By leveraging its proven software capabilities, including its Mission Control operational software and the Vaunt experiential travel platform, Volato is actively commercializing internal technologies to drive innovation and create new revenue streams. The merger agreement between M2i Global and Volato, announced on June 12, 2025, aims to create a dual-platform growth company focused on critical minerals infrastructure and aviation software, with Parslee representing a significant step in this integrated strategy.
