This strategic integration is designed to fundamentally transform and expedite the Request for Proposal (RFP) response workflows for organizations globally. The joint solution, known as the Loopio <> Unleash Connector, addresses a critical pain point for proposal teams: the time-consuming and often manual process of locating relevant content scattered across disparate internal systems. Traditionally, responding to RFPs involves extensive searches through numerous databases and files, which can lead to delays and inconsistencies in response quality.
The Unleash Connector integrates Unleash’s proprietary Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engine with Loopio’s robust response automation tools. This powerful combination allows users to instantly access and surface internal content, including past RFPs, sales collateral, and critical documentation, from a wide array of platforms such as Salesforce, Google Drive, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, and Notion, among others. The connector boasts the ability to pull data from over 80 connected tools, providing a unified knowledge access point.

This integration supports faster, higher-quality responses.” The key capabilities of this new connector include unified knowledge access, AI-powered response automation for generating initial draft responses by contextualizing retrieved content, robust access control and security measures to enforce existing permission rules and protect sensitive data, and enhanced content reuse through the ability to save curated responses to the Loopio Library for future efficiency gains.
