Howden Private Risk Solutions Bolsters US Leadership
Howden Private Risk Solutions has announced key appointments aimed at expanding its client-focused model for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the US. Joe Clark has been named President, bringing over two decades of experience in personal lines, private client, and family office insurance. Clark previously served as president of Liberty Select at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers and was chief growth officer at Aon Private Risk Management. Joining him is Dale Krupowicz, appointed as Head of Operations. Krupowicz, a Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance, boasts over thirty years of experience in high-net-worth personal insurance, having most recently served as COO and partner at a boutique personal insurance agency for 17 years. Together, Clark and Krupowicz will spearhead the development of Howden’s private client operations, focusing on risk management and personalized protection strategies. Earlier this month, Howden also announced Susan Panuccio would take on the role of group CFO in early 2026.
Everest Group Appoints New General Counsel
Everest Group has named Anthony Vidovich as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, with his tenure commencing on or before January 5, 2026. Vidovich will report directly to Jim Williamson, Everest’s President and CEO, and will join the company’s executive leadership team. He succeeds Ricardo Anzaldua, who is set to retire after a transition period. Vidovich brings nearly three decades of experience in the global property and casualty (re)insurance industry, having most recently served as global head of insurance legal.
Alliant Insurance Services Expands in New York
Alliant Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Michael Cusack as Senior Vice President within its Alliant Americas division. Based in New York, Cusack will focus on delivering comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions to a diverse client base across various industries. He joins Alliant with a robust background in developing tailored programs for complex risks.
