Intellistake Advances IntelliScope AI Development with Powerbank as Enterprise Beta Partner

TLDR: Intellistake Technologies Corp. has announced significant progress in the development of its enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) suite, IntelliScope, with Powerbank Corp. joining as a closed beta partner. Powerbank, a diversified energy company, will provide crucial testing and feedback for IntelliScope’s first AI agent, which is specifically designed for the energy sector. This partnership aims to develop AI solutions for analyzing energy data, monitoring market shifts, and improving operational efficiency through decentralized and transparent intelligence.

Intellistake Technologies Corp. (CSE: ISTK, OTCQB: ISTKF, FSE: E41) has announced a significant stride in the development of its enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) suite, IntelliScope, with Powerbank Corp. (NASDAQ: SUUN, Cboe CA: SUNN, FSE: 103) participating as a closed beta partner. This collaboration, announced on September 24, 2025, marks a pivotal moment in bringing decentralized AI solutions to the energy sector.

IntelliScope is being developed as a comprehensive collection of modular AI agents, engineered to revolutionize how enterprises access and interpret critical intelligence. The initial enterprise-facing agent is specifically tailored for the energy sector, where it will be applied to real-world data and regulatory requirements through a structured, step-by-step workflow. Its planned capabilities include analyzing geological and environmental data to identify optimal sites for renewable projects, monitoring regulatory and market shifts, and generating concise intelligence summaries to assist decision-makers in navigating complex information.

Powerbank Corp., an independent renewable and clean energy project developer and owner with a focus on distributed and community solar projects in Canada and the USA, will provide long-term testing and feedback. This partnership ensures that IntelliScope’s development is grounded in practical, real-world use cases within one of the most data-intensive industries. Powerbank develops solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, selling electricity to various off-takers including utilities, commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential clients.

Liam Harpur, VP of Technology & Development at Intellistake, emphasized the strategic importance of this collaboration, stating, “Our goal with IntelliScope is to prove that decentralized AI can deliver enterprise intelligence that enterprises can trust. This is a very exciting time as Powerbank’s role as a beta partner ensures that we are building with real-world use cases in mind, starting with one of the most data-intensive industries: energy.”

Dr. Richard Lu, CEO of Powerbank, also expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, noting, “We are excited to partner with Intellistake in this beta program. Our sector is shaped by constant regulatory shifts, technological advances, and project siting challenges.”

The current stage of beta testing involves a scoping exercise where IntelliScope is working closely with Powerbank to fully understand its specific needs and functionality requests. Following this, Intellistake plans to develop a customized user interface built upon the existing IntelliScope AI agent to meet Powerbank’s requirements. Intellistake will continue to provide updates as the beta modules progress, aligning with the company’s broader vision of establishing a decentralized, transparent platform for enterprise intelligence. It is important to note that Powerbank is solely a beta testing partner and does not hold an ownership interest in Intelliscope. The overarching goal is to provide practical solutions that enhance workflow efficiency and instill confidence in enterprises that their decisions are based on transparent intelligence, with every output traceable to its source through decentralized AI infrastructure.
