The company detailed its plans to integrate AI for enhanced internal capabilities and future business expansion, alongside highlighting the continued success of its creative division.
Innocean, a leading marketing solutions provider based in Korea, recently held its 2025 Analyst Day in Seongsu-dong, eastern Seoul, where it outlined a forward-looking strategy centered on artificial intelligence and creative leadership. The event, attended by analysts from major securities firms, underscored the company’s commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative content creation for sustained growth.
Chief Financial Officer Shin Seung-ho articulated the pivotal role of AI in Innocean’s future, stating, “AI will be a core driver of Innocean’s mid- to long-term growth.” He further elaborated on the company’s current initiatives, noting, “Innocean is now leveraging AI to enhance internal capabilities and prepare for future business expansion.” This strategic integration aims to boost management efficiency and deliver advanced consumer experience solutions.
A key component of this AI strategy is the dedicated AI solution team, established in March 2025. This team is tasked with applying generative AI to develop consumer-focused tools. To bolster its expertise, Innocean has forged alliances with approximately 20 global partners since 2024. The company plans to pilot its proprietary AI transformation business model in 2026, with a target for full-scale AI-driven business value creation commencing in 2027. In the interim, Innocean is focusing on smaller-scale projects to accumulate practical knowledge and refine its AI capabilities.
Beyond its technological advancements, Innocean also spotlighted its creative division as a fundamental pillar of its growth. Chief Creative Officer Kim Jung-a highlighted the division’s recent achievements, including the award-winning ‘Night Fishing’ campaign. This innovative project, a 13-minute mystery-thriller advertisement for Hyundai Motor’s Ioniq 5 SUV, garnered the Grand Prix at the Cannes International Advertising Festival in June. Kim Jung-a emphasized the campaign’s success in blurring the lines between advertising, cinema, and cultural content, remarking, “Following the success of ‘Night Fishing,’ many companies have approached Innocean for collaboration.” She added, “Innocean has limitless potential in the creative sector, which I believe makes it highly attractive to investors.”
