Indra Group, a leading global technology and consulting corporation, has taken a significant leap in its artificial intelligence strategy by implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot on a large scale. In just one year, more than 3,000 of the company’s professionals have started using this generative AI solution, leading to tangible improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity.
The company, which operates in over 140 countries with a workforce of more than 57,000, has driven this initiative through its subsidiary Minsait. Minsait, recognized as the Microsoft Spain Partner of the Year in 2024, specializes in emerging technologies and is at the forefront of Indra’s AI innovation. The rapid deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot has seen an impressive 80% adoption rate among the targeted employees.
To facilitate a smooth transition and maximize the benefits of the new tool, Indra has developed its own AI agent, the ‘Indra M365 Copilot Helper.’ This agent is designed to provide support to professionals as they begin to use the tool, thereby accelerating its implementation. The company’s goal is to seamlessly integrate generative AI into the daily tasks of its teams, enabling them to generate high-quality content, access relevant information, and optimize their workflows.
