TLDR: IHFC, the Technology Innovation Hub of IIT Delhi, in collaboration with Simplilearn and Microsoft, has introduced two new professional certificate programs: ‘Data Analytics, GenAI and Adaptive Systems’ and ‘AI Automation with GenAI & ML’. These programs aim to equip professionals with cutting-edge skills in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics, featuring a blend of online learning, hands-on projects, and a campus immersion experience at IIT Delhi.
New Delhi – In a significant move to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, the I-Hub Foundation for Cobotics (IHFC), a Technology Innovation Hub at IIT Delhi, has partnered with leading online learning platform Simplilearn and technology giant Microsoft. This collaboration has resulted in the launch of two comprehensive professional certificate programs: ‘Data Analytics, GenAI and Adaptive Systems’ and ‘AI Automation with GenAI & ML’.
The ‘Data Analytics, GenAI and Adaptive Systems’ program is designed to empower learners with expertise in data analytics, generative AI, and adaptive systems. It offers over 180 hours of structured learning through live virtual classes and more than 15 industry projects. Participants will gain proficiency in essential tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Azure, applying these skills to real-world scenarios through a capstone project. A unique feature includes the use of Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for analytics tasks, along with a dedicated masterclass on Agentic AI for designing autonomous workflows. The program also includes a 2-day campus immersion experience at IIT Delhi and a Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals certification.
Complementing this, the ‘AI Automation with GenAI & ML’ program focuses on building expertise in AI/ML technologies. This 11-month live online course, tailored for working professionals, covers a wide spectrum of topics from Python programming and data science fundamentals to advanced concepts in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. Key areas include data wrangling, visualization, analysis using NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib; machine learning techniques like regression, classification, and ensemble models; deep learning with applications in computer vision and neural networks; and advanced GenAI topics such as large language models, prompt engineering, transformers, and foundation models. The program emphasizes hands-on learning with over 20 AI tools and libraries, 165+ guided exercises, and 12+ industry-aligned projects, culminating in a program completion certificate from IHFC, IIT Delhi, and a Microsoft Learn portal certificate.
