Google Search Evolution: Google Search, which processes over 5 trillion searches annually and facilitates more than 1 billion daily shopping journeys, is transforming into an intelligent, multimodal assistant. New AI-powered features include:

AI Overviews with Ads: Soon, ads will be integrated into AI Overviews in Search results, initially rolling out to desktop in the US, and then to mobile and desktop in select English-speaking countries like the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia later this year. This provides brands with more touchpoints at critical decision-making moments.

AI Mode: Google’s most powerful AI search experience will also begin testing ads in the US, aiming to give brands more opportunities to appear in AI-powered queries.

YouTube Creator Partnerships Hub: This AI-powered tool within Google Ads simplifies the discovery and collaboration process with YouTube creators based on keywords, topics, or trends. The Hub is currently live in Singapore and Indonesia, with plans for expansion across more Southeast Asian markets.

Asset Studio: A new centralized workspace in Google Ads that utilizes generative AI, including Google’s advanced models like Imagen and Veo, to help marketers instantly create and customize visuals and videos.
