Gong, a prominent player in the field of Revenue AI, has announced a substantial expansion of its global footprint to address the escalating enterprise demand for its AI-powered platform. The company is establishing new U.S. offices in Austin, Texas, and New York City, while simultaneously scaling its R&D and go-to-market (GTM) operations in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Dublin, Ireland. These new investments complement Gong’s existing global presence, which includes offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Salt Lake City, and Singapore.
The expansion is a direct response to the increasing reliance of GTM teams on the Gong Revenue AI Platform. This platform is crucial for capturing and unifying customer data, streamlining frontline workflows, generating more accurate forecasts, and ensuring predictable growth. Amit Bendov, CEO and co-founder of Gong, emphasized the market trend, stating, “We’re seeing strong global demand for our Revenue AI platform as more companies adopt AI to drive business outcomes.” He further added, “By investing in top talent and expanding our local presence, we’re accelerating innovation—meeting customers where they are in both geography and their AI journey.”
The adoption of Gong’s AI capabilities has shown remarkable growth, with the number of users interacting with its AI doubling year over year. Gong Agents are currently performing approximately 1 million tasks monthly, which include summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, and answering deal-related questions. Notably, the adoption of ‘AI Ask Anything,’ one of Gong’s popular AI agents, has grown over 80% year-over-year. Furthermore, the ‘Gong AI Briefer,’ an AI agent introduced in May 2025 that generates structured summaries, is already creating over 100,000 briefs every month.
The new offices in Austin and New York are strategically positioned to deepen Gong’s reach into two of the fastest-growing U.S. tech ecosystems, with a primary focus on hiring for product, sales, marketing, and engineering roles. In Tel Aviv, the company is expanding its office to support accelerated team growth in AI and engineering capabilities. The significant expansion of its Dublin-headquartered EMEA operations is aimed at supporting its rapidly growing customer base across Europe.
