Founded by Ukrainians with its headquarters now in the U.S. and an engineering team remaining in Ukraine, GigRadar leverages AI algorithms, automation, and analytics to help agencies scale efficiently. Upsky, established in Lviv in 2024, has carved a niche in developing AI solutions specifically for automating communication with clients on Upwork, thereby reducing the time freelancers spend on routine administrative tasks.
Vadym Ovcharenko, CEO of GigRadar, emphasized the dual significance of this acquisition. “We have always said: Ukrainians are about resilience and intelligence.
