TLDR: AiAfrica has launched the Ghanaian AI Prompt Bible, a comprehensive 1,000+ page manual designed to establish a 24-hour AI-powered economy in Ghana. This initiative aims to convert raw resources and public services into verifiable value, create jobs, and empower 5 million entrepreneurs by 2030 through practical AI applications and a national network of AiAfrica Labs.
Ghana has achieved a significant milestone in its economic development with the unveiling of the Ghanaian AI Prompt Bible by AiAfrica. Launched on August 18, 2025, this monumental 1,000+ page handbook is the first country-authored Prompt Bible globally, designed to transform Artificial Intelligence into a continuous, day-and-night production engine for the nation.
The ‘Ghanaian AI Prompt Bible’ is more than just an inspirational guide; it serves as a practical ‘tooling of change’. It contains over 2,000 sector-specific prompts, detailed evaluation rubrics, data checklists, and Proof-of-Value (PoV) templates. These resources are intended to enable government ministries, universities, cooperatives, and financiers to transition from theoretical discussions to tangible results within weeks.
The manual was authored by three distinguished practitioner-scholars: Dr. David King Boison, Lead Consultant of AiAfrica Labs with two decades of expertise in AI, ports, and public finance; Professor Nelson Alino, a management strategist and co-author of both the Ghanaian and upcoming Nigerian Prompt Bibles; and Professor Iddrisu Awudu, a supply-chain and operations expert. Their collaborative effort fuses a Pan-African vision with practical, ‘factory-floor pragmatism’.
Crucially, the initiative pairs this comprehensive playbook with a robust execution engine: a national network of AiAfrica Labs. These labs will operate 24/7, conducting sprints to design, simulate, field-test, validate, and scale effective AI solutions. Youth engagement is a core component, with the National Youth Employment Authority (NYEA) mobilizing young people into ‘Prompt Pods’ – roles such as prompt engineers, data verifiers, field technicians, and inclusion officers – ensuring that learning directly translates into livelihoods.
The ‘Prompt Bible’ directly addresses Ghana’s economic challenges, particularly the ‘commodity trap’. It outlines how to elevate the value chain of key resources like cocoa, cassava, gold, bauxite, fisheries, and stones through AI-driven prompts that specify processing routes, quality gates, logistics, and market access. For investors, the doctrine standardizes risk; for governments, it enhances trust through transparent dashboards and algorithmic audits; and for youth, it converts education into sustainable livelihoods on a 24/7 cadence.
This doctrine operationalizes Pan-African self-reliance, aiming to turn raw resources, public services, and creative talent into ‘bankable value, shift after shift, across the continent’. The momentum is set to expand regionally, with Nigeria slated to launch its own Prompt Bible next month under its Ministry of Digital Economy and E-Governance, with labs hosted at Digital City Imo and various universities.

Examples of the AI’s impact highlighted include reducing chicken mortality rates from 25% to 2.7% and cutting fish farming feed costs by 60% through AI-driven decisions. AiAfrica’s ambitious goal is to train 5 million entrepreneurs in Ghana to become ‘millionaires’ within the next five years, by 2030, leveraging the opportunities unlocked by this AI revolution.
