TLDR: EY Canada has launched FlexiGenAI, an enterprise agentic AI platform developed in Canada. It enables organizations to design, deploy, and scale AI agents without coding, offering solutions for enhanced productivity, risk management, and customer experience across various sectors.
EY Canada has officially launched FlexiGenAI, an innovative enterprise agentic AI platform designed to bridge the gap between AI experimentation and scalable, impactful business solutions. Developed at EY’s Innovation Center in Canada, FlexiGenAI empowers businesses and developers to rapidly create, deploy, and manage autonomous AI agents without the need for extensive coding.
Biren Agnihotri, Chief Technology Officer at EY Canada, emphasized the platform’s role in the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence. “Agentic AI is reshaping the way the world works, but enterprise demands can trap organizations between pilot and product,” said Agnihotri. “FlexiGenAI is built for businesses that don’t code and developers who want to move faster. Organizations can start small, scale fast, and go from idea to impact easily.”
The platform’s core feature is its proprietary, intuitive drag-and-drop canvas, which simplifies the process of building diverse AI solutions. These include intelligent chatbots for conversational and deep-thinker assistants, agentic workflows involving orchestrator, assistant, and human agents, and advanced document processing capabilities such as generation, analysis, translation, classification, and review. FlexiGenAI also supports video and audio processing, including video search, analysis, generation, and caption generation.
FlexiGenAI is engineered with robust governance and security features, incorporating telemetry, observability, auditability, citations, and privacy filters. This ensures oversight and scalability, making it suitable for sensitive sovereign workloads and regulated industries with strict data residency requirements, such as the public sector. The platform offers flexible deployment options, supporting major cloud providers, hybrid setups, and private AI environments.
According to EY, several organizations have already reported significant improvements in productivity, risk management, and customer experience through the use of FlexiGenAI. Agnihotri further stated, “FlexiGenAI is more than a platform, it’s a bold step forward in how we help shape the future with confidence. Our commitment to transformation and responsible agentic AI adoption ensures businesses can move beyond experimentation and into scalable, impactful AI solutions.”

The platform is continuously evolving, with future enhancements planned to include capabilities for code development, refactoring, conversion, documentation, and unit test generation. This strategic move by EY Canada follows similar initiatives by other Big Four firms, such as KPMG, which launched its Agentic AI Engine earlier this year.
