EVERSANA, a leading provider of commercialization services to the global life sciences industry, announced on August 4, 2025, the launch of “The AI Agency,” a pioneering marketing agency designed to transform pharmaceutical commercialization through extensive integration of artificial intelligence. This new agency, built on Google Cloud technology, is reportedly 80% AI-powered and automated, promising to significantly reduce marketing costs for clients while dramatically speeding up traditional agency operations.
Faruk Capan, EVERSANA’s Chief Innovation Officer, emphasized the transformative nature of this development, stating, “This is a remarkable moment for our industry. To be very clear, this is not comparable to just using AI tools to enhance copywriting or content creation like so many agencies already do. With Google Cloud, we are deploying a full-scale AI-powered agency platform.”
The AI Agency leverages “agentic” AI, a form of machine learning that enables autonomous systems to make decisions and execute tasks without direct human intervention. Capan elaborated on this innovative approach: “We’ve mobilized an agentic army of brand strategists, content creators, omnichannel engagers, media buyers and more, led by a limited but powerful ‘human in the loop’ team. This isn’t evolution. This is a revolution.”
The human element within The AI Agency will consist of a lean, brand-specific team responsible for guiding strategy, creative direction, customer experience, and enablement, supported by dedicated subject matter experts. This hybrid model is expected to deliver outputs at an unprecedented pace, including audience journeys, on-demand creative concepts, streamlined medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) reviews, process accelerators, and in-depth medical visualizations.
EVERSANA’s collaboration with Google is central to this initiative, utilizing Google’s validated, compliant, and powerful AI, including Gemini models operating on the Vertex AI platform, along with other AI and data solutions from Google Cloud. These technologies will seamlessly integrate with EVERSANA’s existing ORCHESTRATE platform, which is used for the commercialization of life science products and includes a recently launched MLR module.
