The newly appointed board comprises a distinguished group of leaders with extensive experience across various branches of the U.S. military and public sector. Key members include General (Ret.) Paul Funk, former Commanding General of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command; Lieutenant General (Ret.) Chris Nowland, former Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, U.S. Air Force; Lieutenant General (Ret.) Shaun Morris, former Commander of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center; Major General (Ret.) Steven Williams, former Director of Communications, Air Combat Command, U.S. Air Force; Rear Admiral (Ret.) Christian ‘Boris’ Becker, former Commander, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, U.S. Navy; Rear Admiral (Ret.) Mark Leavitt, former Commander, Naval Safety Center, U.S. Navy; Dr. Raj Iyer, President of Public Sector Markets at TSecond.ai and former Chief Information Officer, U.S. Army; and Ross Guckert, former Program Executive Officer for Enterprise Information Systems, U.S. Army.
These individuals were carefully selected by Ethos leadership to leverage their years of distinguished service and leadership. Their primary role will be to provide strategic guidance, ensuring Ethos’s solutions align with strategic company goals and meet the operational readiness and compliance requirements for its federal partners. The board’s collective expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex federal procurement processes while upholding the highest standards of national security, data protection, and, critically, human readiness and training infrastructure.
