TLDR: Enhans, a leading AI agent startup, showcased its groundbreaking AI commerce solution, CommerceOS, at Palantir Technologies’ DevCon3 on July 8, 2025. The solution leverages agentic AI to automate the entire commerce process, from real-time price decisions to execution, marking a significant leap in retail automation. This presentation follows Enhans’ selection into Palantir’s prestigious Startup Fellowship, highlighting its innovative Large Action Model (LAM) technology and its collaborative efforts with Palantir’s Foundry platform.
San Francisco, CA – Enhans, an innovative AI agent startup, made a significant impact at Palantir Technologies’ DevCon3 on July 8, 2025, by presenting its advanced AI commerce solution, CommerceOS. The demonstration highlighted the transformative potential of agentic AI in automating complex commerce operations, from strategic pricing decisions to their real-time execution.
Founded in 2021, Enhans, under the leadership of CEO Seunghyun Lee, has been at the forefront of the commerce automation revolution. Its core technology is the next-generation AI model known as LAM (Large Action Model). Unlike traditional Large Language Models (LLMs) that are primarily limited to language generation, LAM is designed to directly perform actual tasks, autonomously determining and executing actions that can significantly improve revenue and operating profit. Enhans boasts specialized AI models for the commerce and retail sectors, providing end-to-end support from data collection and refinement to AI inference, analysis, and automated execution.
The CommerceOS, a cornerstone of Enhans’ innovation, is a next-generation commerce automation AI agent system. It represents a powerful synergy, combining Palantir’s robust Foundry platform with Enhans’ proprietary ACT-1 (Action Transformer) technology. This integration enables CommerceOS to move beyond mere price monitoring, functioning as a true ‘agentic AI’ system that analyzes dynamic market conditions in real-time and autonomously executes necessary adjustments. As articulated during the showcase, the system embodies the principle: ‘Think with Foundry, Execute with ACT-1,’ ensuring that ‘real-time insights and immediate autonomous execution become one.’
During the DevCon3 presentation, Enhans showcased the practical applications of CommerceOS, which already incorporates three key Foundry-based AI agents: a Price Agent, a Promotion Agent, and an AD Agent. The Price Agent is capable of adjusting pricing strategies in real-time across over 1,000 marketplaces, adapting to aggressive, neutral, or conservative approaches. The Promotion Agent analyzes promotional patterns across various channels, simulating and executing optimal strategies. Meanwhile, the AD Agent tracks ad exposure shares across more than 55 countries and conducts real-time audits of ad performance. Enhans has ambitious plans to expand CommerceOS to include a total of 12 specialized AI agents, promising even more precise autonomous operational capabilities.
Enhans’ participation at DevCon3 follows its selection in May for Palantir’s inaugural ‘Startup Fellowship.’ This highly competitive global program aims to nurture next-generation AI-native unicorn companies, with Enhans being one of only 25 companies chosen worldwide and the sole participant from South Korea. This selection underscores Enhans’ technical leadership, strong execution capabilities, and its potential to drive disruptive innovation in enterprise AI.
Seunghyun Lee, CEO of Enhans, emphasized the strategic importance of this collaboration, stating, ‘This fellowship is not only a validation of our technology, but a global recognition of our capacity to drive disruptive innovation in enterprise AI.’ He further added, ‘Through this collaboration with Palantir, we intend to present real-world AI use cases that redefine how commerce operates and establish a new global standard for execution-focused agent technologies.’ Palantir itself described the fellowship as launching ‘a wave of AI-native unicorns,’ noting that ‘being selected into the Startup Fellowship is an incredible accomplishment and a pivotal moment in the startup journey.’
