SINGAPORE – October 17, 2025 – Dyna.Ai today confirmed its role as a technology partner in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA)’s GenAI Sandbox Program. This program, launched in 2024 in partnership with Cyberport, has recently shortlisted 20 banks and 14 technology providers, including prominent institutions like Bank of China Limited and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, from over 60 initial proposals for its second phase.
The second phase of the GenAI Sandbox is set to transition from initial exploration to a concentrated focus on the safety, reliability, and practical implementation of artificial intelligence within the financial services sector. Dyna.Ai’s contribution to this phase centers on its innovative Voice Agents, which aim to revolutionize real-time customer engagement for financial institutions.
As part of its submission, Dyna.Ai demonstrated how its Voice Agents utilize deep learning and generative AI to significantly enhance fraud detection capabilities.
