Dexory Secures $165 Million in Series C Funding to Propel AI Robotics and Warehouse Intelligence Global Expansion

TLDR: AI robotics firm Dexory has successfully closed a $165 million Series C funding round, comprising $100 million in equity led by Eurazeo and $65 million in debt from Bootstrap Europe. The capital will fuel the London-based company’s global expansion, particularly in the US, and accelerate the development and commercialization of its AI-powered warehouse intelligence platform, DexoryView, which utilizes autonomous robots to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.

London-based AI robotics innovator, Dexory, has announced a significant milestone, securing $165 million in its Series C funding round. This substantial investment is earmarked to accelerate the company’s global expansion, enhance its product roadmap, and further commercialize its cutting-edge autonomous robots and warehouse intelligence platform, DexoryView, across international markets, with a particular focus on the United States.

The funding round is structured with $100 million in equity, spearheaded by Eurazeo’s Growth team, and includes participation from new investors LTS Growth and Endeavor Catalyst. Existing investors such as Atomico, Lakestar, Elaia, Latitude Ventures, DTCP, Wave-X, and SE Ventures also contributed to the equity raise. Complementing the equity, Bootstrap Europe provided $65 million in debt funding, expanding an existing growth debt facility.

Dexory’s platform, DexoryView, leverages autonomous robots, artificial intelligence, and digital twin technology to provide real-time warehouse intelligence and visibility. This technology is designed to help warehouses self-optimize, anticipate operational challenges, and seamlessly coordinate tasks between human workers, machinery, and existing systems. The company aims to shift supply chains from mere ‘systems of record’ to dynamic ‘systems of action’ through smarter, AI-driven decision-making.

Andrei Danescu, CEO and Co-Founder of Dexory, emphasized the strategic importance of this funding, stating, “This new round allows us to bring forward transformational capabilities that our customers are asking for. By combining full-stack engineering with zero customer complexity, we are building advanced agentic systems powered by the industry’s richest set of real-world logistics data. This will help warehouses and supply chains shift from systems of record to true systems of action.”

Since its $80 million Series B round just over a year ago, Dexory has demonstrated robust growth, expanding its AI-enabled data-intelligence platform across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region. The company has also established its North American headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. Its solutions are currently deployed by leading logistics providers like GXO, Maersk, and DHL, manufacturers such as Stellantis and GE Appliances, and clients across the pharmaceuticals, retail, and eCommerce sectors.

Raluca Ragab, Partner at Eurazeo, commented on the investment, highlighting Dexory’s unique position in the market: “Dexory’s extraordinary combination of robotic and software engineering strength bridges the constraints of the physical supply chain with the power of AI-optimised intelligence, harnessing operational data at scale and turning it into actionable insights. We see a vast global market ahead, and Dexory is uniquely positioned to help the industry leap into the future.”

While the company has achieved significant operational expansion and funding success, its most recent accounts for the year ending March 2024 reported a loss of £12 million. However, Dexory also significantly increased its total staff headcount from 26 to 92 employees during the same period, underscoring its rapid growth trajectory and investment in talent.
