Deloitte Middle East Establishes Center of Excellence for Oracle AI Agents to Drive Regional AI Adoption

TLDR: Deloitte Middle East has launched a new Center of Excellence dedicated to Oracle AI Agents, aiming to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI across the region. This initiative will provide governments and enterprises with training, implementation support, and best-practice frameworks to leverage Oracle’s AI toolkit, fostering autonomous systems and enhancing decision-making.

Deloitte Middle East has officially unveiled its Middle East Center of Excellence for Oracle AI Agents, a specialized innovation platform designed to significantly accelerate the adoption of agentic AI throughout the region. Agentic AI refers to artificial intelligence systems capable of autonomous thinking and action, intended to enhance human decision-making processes.

The newly established Center brings together Deloitte’s global expertise, deep regional industry insights, and a world-class talent pool. Its primary objective is to empower governments and enterprises to effectively leverage Oracle’s rapidly evolving AI Agents toolkit. This will be achieved through comprehensive training programs, real-world implementations, and the establishment of best-practice frameworks.

More than just technical innovation, this network of capabilities is poised to help organizations transform their existing workflows into intelligent, autonomous systems that are expected to drive measurable outcomes. Corinne Johnson, Partner and Oracle Offering Leader at Deloitte Middle East, emphasized the firm’s commitment, stating, “As a strategic partner to the public sector and private enterprises, we believe it is our obligation to bring the most advanced capabilities to the region. Our new Center for Oracle AI Agents will empower leaders to adopt autonomous agents securely, responsibly, and at scale.”

Serving clients across the GCC and the broader Middle East, the Center underscores Deloitte’s dedication to regional digital transformation and its role as a key global contributor to Oracle’s agentic AI ecosystem. Beyond mere implementation, Deloitte plans to actively develop new AI agents, with the strategic aim of positioning the Middle East as a leading hub for next-generation autonomous systems.

Faisal Darras, Oracle Lead Alliance Partner at Deloitte Middle East, highlighted the strategic importance of this launch: “This Center is the culmination of a strategic journey. We are leveraging Deloitte’s global assets and our deep industry expertise across Oracle SaaS, cloud, and industry solutions, to deliver Oracle AI Agents at scale for this region. The readiness of our team means clients can begin deploying today.”

This launch follows Deloitte’s significant participation as a Global Accelerator Sponsor at Oracle AI World 2025, held from October 13-16 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This involvement further solidified the firm’s leadership in advancing Oracle-based AI innovation globally, with discussions from the conference reinforcing Deloitte’s initiatives to keep the Middle East at the forefront of global AI transformation.

Deloitte’s Center of Excellence is strategically positioned to translate these global innovations into tangible regional impact, by integrating Oracle technology with Deloitte’s robust delivery strength, extensive SaaS and cloud expertise, and deep client partnerships.

With full training, implementation, and advisory capabilities, the Center provides:

Certified AI Agent practitioners: A regionally trained team equipped to design and deploy Oracle AI Agents.

Sector-specific use cases: Tailored deployments across critical sectors including finance, public sector, supply chain, human capital management, and customer experience.

Innovation workshops: A structured methodology for clients to collaboratively co-create, test, and refine AI agent workflows.
