While conversational AI has become increasingly effective at understanding customer desires, Andrews noted that delivering accurate product search results remains a significant, albeit improving, challenge. He differentiated this from customer service chatbots, explaining, “It’s not a rules-based engine like customer service chatbots. They are very much rules-based.” Cimulate’s approach focuses on delivering personalized recommendations by comprehending customer needs, product context, and brand voice in real time, thereby enhancing product discovery.
