Botsify Unveils Conversational AI for Building Portable AI Agents

TLDR: Botsify has launched a new AI-powered interface that enables users to create portable AI agents using natural language. This innovative system introduces a conversational “build agent” that allows users to describe their desired AI agent in plain English, eliminating the need for traditional flow-based chatbot builders. The platform leverages a proprietary large language model (LLM) to automatically construct the logic, interface, integrations, and branding.

Botsify, a prominent name in AI solutions, has officially launched a groundbreaking AI-powered interface designed to revolutionize the creation of portable AI agents. This new system introduces a conversational “build agent,” an AI that users can interact with to develop other AI agents through natural language commands. This marks a significant departure from conventional flow-based chatbot builders, streamlining the development process.

Usama Noman, founder of Botsify, emphasized this shift, stating, “We’ve built an agent that becomes your builder. You no longer build chatbots — you collaborate with an AI to get the job done.” This collaborative approach allows users to simply describe their requirements, such as “Build me a FAQ agent that takes information from my website and attached PDF document,” or “Create an agent that pulls leave data from my HRMS using an employee’s phone number.” The platform then utilizes its proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) to automatically generate the necessary logic, interface, integrations, and branding within a unified view.

Beyond the conversational builder, Botsify has also introduced a new integration layer powered by the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This advanced protocol replaces older native or custom API integrations, enabling seamless connectivity with over 5,000 prebuilt MCP-enabled services. Furthermore, MCP empowers developers to define their own integration points, facilitating the integration of internal tools or proprietary data systems without requiring custom engineering.

The update also enhances the creation of agents that draw upon external knowledge sources, both static and dynamic. Users can now easily upload PDFs or link to live websites, and the AI agent will automatically leverage this information to provide contextually relevant responses to user queries, eliminating the need for additional training or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) setup. This feature is particularly beneficial for developing onboarding bots, customer support agents, and internal knowledge assistants that can access product manuals, policy documents, or real-time data.

While Botsify initially focused on chatbot platforms for support and marketing, this launch signifies a strategic expansion into agentic automation. This new direction allows AI agents to operate with real-time integrations, dynamic memory, and access to external tools, broadening the scope of applications. The conversational-first development model opens the platform to a diverse range of use cases, including internal operations bots, sales automation agents, and HR assistants, all managed through the intuitive conversational builder.

Usama Noman further elaborated on the company’s vision, stating, “The future of software isn’t just no-code — it’s natural language. With this launch, we’re taking a major step toward AI that works like a team member — not just a tool.” The new agentic builder is now accessible to all Botsify users, with more information available on their official website.
