TLDR: Botsify has launched a new AI-powered agentic platform that replaces its traditional drag-and-drop chatbot builder with a conversational interface. This platform allows users to create, deploy, and manage AI agents using natural language commands, integrating with over 5,000 services via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Botsify, a prominent company in conversational AI, has officially launched its groundbreaking AI-powered agentic platform, marking a significant evolution in how AI agents are developed and deployed. This new platform, announced on September 4, 2025, moves away from the conventional drag-and-drop chatbot builder, introducing an intuitive conversational interface that empowers users to build, deploy, and manage AI agents through natural language commands.
The core innovation lies in its ability to allow users to describe their desired AI agent in plain English. Instead of navigating complex settings and configurations, users can simply state their requirements, such as “Build me a FAQ agent that takes information from my website and attached PDF document,” or “Create an agent that pulls leave data from my HRMS using an employee’s phone number.” The platform, powered by a proprietary Large Language Model (LLM), then autonomously constructs the agent’s logic, interface, integrations, and branding.
Usama Noman, founder of Botsify, emphasized this paradigm shift, stating, “We’ve built an agent that becomes your builder. You no longer build chatbots — you collaborate with an AI to get the job done.” He further added, “The future of software isn’t just no-code — it’s natural language.”
A key feature of the new platform is its robust integration layer, utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This protocol replaces older native or custom API integrations, enabling seamless connectivity with over 5,000 prebuilt MCP-enabled services. This means AI agents can interact with a vast ecosystem of applications like Stripe, Calendars, Google Sheets, and Shopify, transforming them into comprehensive operating systems for business logic. Developers also have the flexibility to define their own integration points for internal tools or proprietary data systems without extensive custom engineering.
The platform also simplifies the creation of file and web search agents. Users can upload PDFs or point to live websites, and the AI agent will process this information to respond to queries in context, eliminating the need for additional training or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) setup. This capability is particularly beneficial for developing onboarding bots, customer support agents, and internal knowledge assistants.
Botsify’s new agentic platform is designed for portability and composability. The AI agents created are themselves MCPs, allowing them to be deployed into other platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or even other agents. This “agents within agents” capability highlights the platform’s future-ready design.
