Solihull, West Midlands – September 19, 2025 – BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK has officially launched the third iteration of its highly anticipated UK FinTech Incubator Programme. This year’s initiative, a collaborative effort with SuperTech WM and delivered by STEAMhouse, aims to propel innovation within the financial services sector, with a specific emphasis on cutting-edge artificial intelligence applications. Following a rigorous selection process, eight promising FinTech businesses from across the UK have been inducted into the Innovation Lab.
The programme’s inaugural discovery event, held at BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK’s headquarters in Solihull, provided the cohort with an immersive introduction to the challenges ahead. The central theme for this year’s incubator is ‘how businesses can use Generative AI to enhance customer communications and insight to drive engagement, understanding and effectiveness.’ This focus highlights the growing importance of AI in transforming customer interactions and operational efficiencies within finance.
Participating AI-driven tech businesses include docStribute, ComplAI Solutions, RangeTeller, Aveni, Blankstate, TellJO, Snorkl, and AlignixAI. These companies will spend the coming months collaborating, sharing expertise, and developing tangible solutions to the programme’s core challenge. Their progress will culminate in a showcase event where the commercial viability of their innovations will be thoroughly evaluated.

Previous iterations of the Innovation Lab have yielded significant results, with BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK supporting selected businesses in developing their solutions into fully-fledged products. These innovations were subsequently trialled with the company’s customers via its myCreation app, demonstrating a clear pathway from concept to market.
