Bitget Launches AI-Powered GetAgent Trading Assistant to All Users, Aiming to Accelerate Crypto Adoption

TLDR: Bitget, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has officially launched its AI-powered trading assistant, GetAgent, to all users. Following a successful invite-only phase with over 25,000 users on its waitlist, GetAgent integrates advanced AI with real-time market data to provide insights, strategies, and execution tools, aiming to simplify crypto trading and boost wider adoption.

VICTORIA, Seychelles – Bitget, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, announced on August 19, 2025, the public availability of its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered trading assistant, GetAgent. This move is set to significantly enhance the accessibility and efficiency of crypto trading for a broader audience, thereby accelerating wider cryptocurrency adoption.

GetAgent, initially introduced in July through an invite-only launch, has garnered substantial interest, amassing a waitlist of over 25,000 users. Feedback from early adopters, particularly the need for more visual cues to interpret market signals, played a crucial role in refining the platform’s accuracy, personalization, and responsiveness ahead of its public debut. The assistant seamlessly blends advanced AI capabilities with real-time market data, delivering comprehensive insights, strategic recommendations, and execution tools through an intuitive chat interface. It bundles over 50 professional-grade tools, encompassing market insights, on-chain data, and social sentiment analysis, into a single AI-powered hub.

To cater to diverse trading needs, GetAgent is being rolled out with three distinct membership tiers. The ‘Free’ plan offers analysis of the top 50 cryptocurrencies alongside futures strategies, making basic AI assistance available to everyone. For more active traders, the ‘Plus’ plan, which includes a free 30-day trial for early access users, provides up to ten daily questions, personalized strategy generation, and deeper market analysis. High-frequency and professional traders can opt for the ‘Ultra’ plan, which grants priority access, up to fifty daily questions, and early access to upcoming features. These tiered offerings are designed to scale with users’ trading ambitions, facilitating smarter trades, sharper insights, and AI-powered automation for portfolios, trading signals, and market movements.

Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, emphasized the transformative potential of AI in the financial sector, stating, “AI is changing the trading game, and GetAgent is our way of making that power accessible to everyone. Whether you’re just starting in crypto or a seasoned market veteran, GetAgent delivers insights that help you move faster, trade smarter, and act with greater confidence.” Bitget has committed to continuous upgrades for GetAgent, including expanded integrations, additional asset coverage, and more customization options, ensuring its evolution alongside market dynamics and user requirements.
