TLDR: Beeline Holdings, Inc., a digital mortgage platform, has successfully expanded its proprietary AI agent, “Bob,” from customer support into direct sales and origination activities. In Q2 2025, Bob generated $7.1 million in origination volume and $170,000 in revenue, demonstrating 6x better conversion rates than human loan officers and generating 2.5x more leads at near-zero cost. The company plans further expansion into top-of-funnel sales, borrower education, and eventually processing and underwriting by early 2026.
Beeline Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLNE), a rapidly growing digital mortgage platform, announced on August 27, 2025, the successful expansion of its proprietary AI agent, “Bob,” into direct sales and origination activities. This strategic move follows Bob’s initial deployment in customer support in 2023, where it has been operating 24/7, converting conversations into applications at a rate six times higher than human loan officers and generating 2.5 times more leads at near-zero cost.
During the second quarter of 2025, Bob was introduced into a limited sales role, proactively engaging applicants during the mortgage application process. The AI agent’s ability to establish trust and ask pertinent questions to uncover borrowers’ unique needs proved highly effective. This pilot program resulted in an impressive $7.1 million in origination volume and $170,000 in revenue. Notably, over half of these borrower interactions occurred outside traditional business hours and on weekends, highlighting Bob’s capability to provide 24/7 mortgage engagement.
Nick Liuzza, CEO of Beeline, commented on Bob’s performance, stating, “Bob’s brain has matured into an expert on-brand communicator. He now delivers result-driven conversations that frequently lead to locked loans. Our intention is to lower the high cost of mortgage production while giving borrowers faster, more convenient service. We see Bob taking on an even larger role in sales and mortgage production moving forward.”
Looking ahead to the third quarter of 2025, Beeline plans to further expand Bob’s responsibilities to include top-of-funnel sales activities and lead borrower education campaigns. These initiatives are designed to bridge knowledge gaps regarding mortgage products, positioning Beeline for efficient scaling, particularly during periods of surging mortgage demand. Liuzza emphasized the strategic advantage this provides: “One of the toughest challenges in mortgage lending is staffing up quickly when rates fall. Most lenders scramble to add personnel, driving costs higher. With Bob—who has already held over 3,300 conversations and improves with each one—we can grow revenue without hiring at the same pace as our competitors. Our proprietary AI gives us a structural advantage.”
By early 2026, Beeline intends to integrate Bob deeper into the mortgage production process, with an initial focus on processing and underwriting conversations. Scheduling functionality is also anticipated by Q2 2026. This roadmap underscores Beeline’s long-term vision of leveraging AI across the entire mortgage lifecycle to offer lower-cost, high-efficiency mortgage solutions.
