TLDR: The AWS Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) has launched its Partner Agent Factory (PAF), a new co-innovation program designed to help Partner Innovation Alliance (PIA) partners rapidly develop and deploy production-ready AI agents and tools. This initiative aims to democratize enterprise AI adoption by offering expert guidance, streamlined go-to-market strategies, and access to transformative AI solutions via AWS Marketplace.
The AWS Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) has officially launched its Partner Agent Factory (PAF), a groundbreaking co-innovation program aimed at accelerating the development and deployment of enterprise-grade, production-ready AI Agents and Tools. This strategic initiative, announced on November 4, 2025, is set to empower GenAIIC’s Partner Innovation Alliance (PIA) partners by providing immersive expert guidance and support, facilitating the creation of end-to-end AI solutions tailored to dynamic business requirements.
The PAF program offers a unified go-to-market strategy, enabling customers to easily access these transformative AI agent solutions directly on AWS Marketplace. This collaboration is designed to combine GenAIIC’s proven methodologies with the deep industry expertise of PIA partners, fostering innovation while ensuring robust security, governance, and simplified procurement processes for enterprises looking to rapidly adopt scalable AI Agent solutions.
Taimur Rashid, Director and Head of Generative Innovation and Delivery at AWS, emphasized the program’s significance, stating, “The Partner Agent Factory is a unique program to advance our mission to democratize enterprise AI adoption. By combining GenAIIC’s proven methodologies with our partners’ deep industry expertise, we are building AI agents that help customers create transformative business solutions that deliver measurable impact. PAF embodies our commitment to collaborative innovation, ensuring that cutting-edge AI capabilities reach companies across all sectors through trusted partnerships and rigorous quality standards.”
Since its inception in 2023, the GenAIIC has successfully guided thousands of customers from initial AI experimentation to full-scale deployment, resulting in significant productivity gains and enhanced customer experiences. The PAF builds on this momentum by connecting customers with a global network of PIA partners, scaling support for both proof-of-concept and production implementations.
Partners aspiring to join the PAF must first complete a comprehensive GenAIIC bootcamp, followed by structured PAF Academy sessions. These sessions refine solution candidates through business strategy discovery, a science delivery deep dive, and a path-to-production demonstration, culminating in a rigorous board review. Successful solutions are then published to the AWS Marketplace.
The initial cohort of PAF launch partners includes:
OneByZero – ETL Crew: An Agentic AI platform for ETL modernization, automating legacy ETL cloud migrations up to 50% faster with reduced costs. Vibhore Kumar, CTO of OneByZero, highlighted the rigorous vetting and co-innovation process, ensuring enterprise-grade capabilities.
