TLDR: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Karini AI LLC have announced an expanded partnership focused on delivering secure, scalable generative AI platforms for enterprise use. This collaboration aims to accelerate the deployment of AI solutions, particularly for agentic workflows and edge computing, leveraging Karini’s no-code/low-code platform on AWS infrastructure.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Karini AI LLC, a prominent provider of production-grade generative AI software for enterprises, have deepened their strategic partnership to accelerate the adoption of scalable generative AI solutions across various industries. The collaboration, announced this week, is designed to help enterprises bring secure and robust generative AI platforms to market more rapidly, focusing on advanced agentic workflows and edge use cases.
Nitin Wagh, co-founder and chief executive officer of Karini, highlighted the essence of their platform, stating, “What we do is provide a no-code/low-code platform abstraction on top of the AWS infrastructure.” This approach empowers not only IT professionals but also line-of-business experts, including those in marketing, legal, and HR departments, to build, operate, and manage generative AI applications effectively. Wagh emphasized the critical role of domain experts in the success of generative AI projects.
Karini’s platform is deployed within a customer’s Amazon Virtual Private Cloud, enabling users to orchestrate agentic workflows using a suite of AWS tools. A key component is Amazon Bedrock, which is utilized for building and scaling generative AI applications. Wagh noted the importance of a robust tool ecosystem, explaining, “The tool ecosystem is very important; I don’t want an LLM to do knowledge graph, query execution. That is better done in Amazon Neptune.” This indicates a sophisticated integration of various AWS services to handle complex AI tasks.
Further solidifying their collaboration, Karini AI recently announced the availability of its KariniScribe Agent in the new AI Agents and Tools category of AWS Marketplace. This offering allows customers to easily discover, purchase, and deploy AI transcription agents, streamlining real-world compliance and insight workflows. Nitin Wagh stated, “By offering KariniScribe Agent in AWS’s Agent Marketplace, we help customers deploy AI transcription agents faster and automate real-world compliance and insight workflows.”

This partnership aligns with AWS’s broader strategy to advance agentic AI. At the AWS Summit New York 2025, AWS unveiled new innovations, including Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, designed to enable organizations to deploy and operate secure AI agents at enterprise scale. AWS also announced an additional $100 million investment in the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center to further boost agentic AI development and deployment. The foundation for this expanded collaboration was laid with Karini AI officially partnering with AWS as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) in October 2023, leveraging AWS’s cloud computing capabilities and managed AI services like Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Comprehend, and Amazon Textract to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient Gen AI solutions to joint customers.
