Further demonstrating its commitment to autonomous logistics, C.H. Robinson announced its ‘Always-on Logistics Planner’ in August 2025. This AI-driven tool, part of its 4PL Managed Solutions offering, functions as a ‘digital teammate’ capable of handling tasks outside of traditional business hours, significantly augmenting human capabilities. By April 2025, the company’s generative AI agents had already executed over 3 million shipping tasks, including more than a million price quotes and a million orders processed by AI.
