The funding round was co-led by prominent venture capital firms Oak HC/FT and Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). Additional significant investors included the OpenAI Startup Fund, Kleiner Perkins, Optum Ventures, Frist Cressey Ventures, Town Hall Ventures, Smash Capital, Georgian, and Founders Circle Capital. This latest infusion of capital brings Ambience Healthcare’s total funding to date to $345 million, building on a previous $70 million Series B round in February 2024.
