AAA C(H+A)RM Secures $4 Million Seed Funding to Advance AI Agents and Digital Twin Orchestration

TLDR: Autonomous AI Agents startup AAA C(H+A)RM has successfully raised $4 million in seed funding from YZi Labs, Nvidia, and Huobi Ventures. This investment will fuel the development of its open, AI-first Orchestration Platform, designed as a launchpad and Layer3 for humans and autonomous AI agents to collaborate, scale, and operate. The platform focuses on creating digital clones and twins, enabling automation of various operations without requiring coding expertise.

Palo Alto, CA – September 1, 2025 – AAA C(H+A)RM, an autonomous AI agents startup, has announced the successful closure of a $4 million seed funding round. The investment, backed by YZi Labs, Nvidia, and Huobi Ventures, is earmarked to accelerate the development of its innovative, open, and AI-first Orchestration Platform. This platform is envisioned as a next-generation ‘Launchpad & Layer3’ where human intelligence and autonomous AI agents can seamlessly build, scale, and operate together.

The core of C(H+A)RM’s technology lies in its ability to create ‘digital clones’ or ‘digital twins.’ These AI avatars are trained using personal data, allowing them to speak, act, and make decisions akin to their human counterparts. The company highlights this as a significant step towards ‘digital longevity,’ enabling individuals’ digital selves to function beyond human limitations. These agents are designed to automate a wide array of tasks, including outreach, scouting, sales, fundraising, and routine operational activities.

“We are building an ecosystem where founders, investors, and developers can scale themselves through autonomous agents. C(H+A)RM is more than a tool – it’s an AI-powered network where humans and agents collaborate as equals,” stated the founding team.

The platform is built upon leading open-source AI models, including Meta’s LLaMA, Mistral.ai, Microsoft’s Phi-3, and Open.AI. By combining and extending these foundational models, C(H+A)RM aims to create powerful and highly customizable autonomous agents tailored to individual user needs. A key feature of the platform is its no-code builder, which democratizes the creation of AI twins, making it accessible to anyone, regardless of their coding background.

C(H+A)RM’s journey began in 2015 as an accelerator. The team developed its own multi-channel CRM in 2020 and integrated AI-powered scout agents by 2022. The current evolution sees C(H+A)RM transforming into a comprehensive orchestration layer where autonomous agents can form teams, negotiate, and execute complex tasks, thereby laying the groundwork for a decentralized, AI-powered Web3 ecosystem.
