TLDR: A Learning Lab has launched an Innovation and Leadership Bootcamp, mentored by Stanford experts, for high school students aged 13-18 across the GCC. The program focuses on the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across various critical disciplines, equipping participants with skills in technology, teamwork, and ethical innovation.

A Learning Lab, a prominent regional platform dedicated to teen career exploration, has officially announced the launch of its groundbreaking Innovation and Leadership Bootcamp. This transformative youth development program, designed for high school students aged 13 to 18, will be staged across various locations in the GCC region throughout October 2025. The bootcamp is distinguished by its mentorship from experts affiliated with Stanford University, aiming to equip young innovators with the essential tools, mindset, and guidance needed to address real-world challenges through technology, teamwork, and innovation.

The immersive four-day program is structured to provide a dynamic, hands-on learning experience. It will blend cutting-edge technology, cross-disciplinary problem-solving, and world-class mentorship. Participants will engage in workshops, mentor talks, and team formation, diving into collaborative activities that emphasize critical thinking, design thinking, and ethical innovation, all centered around practical AI projects.

A core component of the bootcamp is the exploration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its profound impact across critical disciplines. Students will examine AI’s applications and ethical considerations in fields such as healthcare, law, ethics, governance, and decision science. With the support of Stanford mentors, participants will learn to frame real-world challenges, define problem statements, plan data strategies, and develop initial prototypes, fostering an environment that encourages experimentation and iteration.

As the program progresses, students will be challenged to apply their technical creativity to build the core of their solutions, bringing their innovative ideas to life. This includes learning about backend development, API design, baseline modeling, and prototype validation to create user-friendly and thoughtfully designed systems.
