TLDR: SK Telecom is on track to expand its business-focused AI agent, A. Biz (also known as Adot Biz), to 25 member companies within the SK Group by the end of 2025. Following a successful closed beta test earlier this year, the AI solution, designed to enhance corporate productivity through task automation and specialized functions, is moving towards broader adoption across the conglomerate.
SK Telecom, a leading South Korean telecommunications provider, is preparing for a significant expansion of its business-oriented Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent, A. Biz, aiming to deploy the solution across 25 SK Group member companies by the close of 2025. This initiative follows an internal closed beta test (CBT) that commenced on January 31, 2025, involving over 300 employees from SK Telecom and SK C&C.
The A. Biz agent, developed in collaboration with SK C&C, is a B2B AI solution engineered to revolutionize corporate productivity by automating a wide array of daily tasks. These include searching for internal and external information, drafting meeting minutes, managing schedules, reserving meeting rooms, and providing IT helpdesk services. A specialized version, ‘A. Biz Professional,’ offers advanced functionalities such as legal consulting and news monitoring tailored for legal, tax, and public relations departments, enhancing practical work utilization.
The AI agent’s capabilities are powered by a combination of advanced language models, including SK Telecom’s proprietary ‘A.X’ (also referred to as ‘Adot AX’) and OpenAI’s GPT model. This hybrid approach is intended to optimize performance and versatility.
Following the successful beta testing phase, SK Telecom plans for an official commercial launch of A. Biz in the first half of 2025. Initially, the service was slated for prioritized deployment to 21 major SK member companies. The current announcement indicates an expansion of this rollout to 25 affiliates by year-end, underscoring the group’s commitment to integrating AI-driven efficiencies across its diverse operations.

Sin Yong-sik, head of the AIX division at SK Telecom, previously commented on the significance of the beta phase, stating, “This CBT is an important opportunity to test the features before the launch of A. Biz. We will continue to strive for AI innovation in the industry.” The upcoming broader deployment reflects the positive outcomes of these initial tests and the strategic vision for AI integration within the SK Group.
