Zoho Accelerates Enterprise and Agentic AI Capabilities with Dell AI Factory and NVIDIA Partnership

TLDR: Zoho Corporation is leveraging the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA to enhance its enterprise and agentic AI solutions. This collaboration aims to make AI adoption more practical and accessible for businesses by providing a high-performance, on-premises platform. Zoho’s proprietary LLMs and AI tools, serving over 130 million users globally, will benefit from accelerated development and deployment, ensuring data sovereignty and robust security.

Zoho Corporation, a global leader in software innovation, has announced a strategic collaboration with Dell Technologies and NVIDIA, leveraging the Dell AI Factory to significantly accelerate its enterprise and agentic AI capabilities. This partnership is set to make the adoption of advanced AI solutions both practical and accessible for businesses worldwide. The initiative powers Zoho’s proprietary and multimodal large language models (LLMs), including its Zia LLM, and other agentic AI tools, which currently support over 130 million users across more than 55 products spanning critical business functions like sales, finance, collaboration, and HR.

To meet the escalating demands of its extensive customer base, Zoho requires robust infrastructure capable of driving AI innovation while upholding stringent data sovereignty standards. This is particularly crucial for its Indian data center development program, which aligns with the government’s recently revised Digital Personal Data Protection rules. By integrating with the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, Zoho gains a high-performance, on-premises platform designed to expedite the development and deployment of sophisticated AI models. This infrastructure will enable businesses to streamline and automate complex workflows, uncover actionable insights, and innovate without compromising on trust or security.

The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA provides a comprehensive foundation for Zoho’s AI workloads, combining Dell’s infrastructure and services expertise with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform. Key components include Dell PowerEdge XE-Series servers, NVIDIA accelerated computing, NVIDIA NeMo, and NVIDIA networking, facilitating the creation of more robust and secure LLMs with low-latency networking and high performance. Dell ProSupport for Infrastructure further ensures maximum uptime and reliability through round-the-clock expert support and proactive issue resolution.

Zoho has committed an initial investment of $10 million in NVIDIA technology and GPUs, with plans to double this investment, underscoring its dedication to advancing AI in enterprise solutions. The focus is on developing industry-specific LLMs that integrate deep contextual understanding, moving beyond generic models to deliver more accurate results and tailored solutions for its over 700,000 global customers.

At Dell Technologies World 2025, held from May 19-22 in Las Vegas, significant enhancements to the Dell AI Factory were unveiled, further solidifying its role in accelerating enterprise AI adoption. Michael Dell, chairman and CEO of Dell Technologies, emphasized the company’s mission: “We’re on a mission to bring AI to millions of customers around the world. With the Dell AI Factory with Nvidia, enterprises can manage the entire AI life cycle – training to deployment – at any scale.” Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of Nvidia, added, “AI factories are the infrastructure of modern industry, powering innovation across healthcare, finance and manufacturing. With Dell Technologies, we’re delivering the most comprehensive line-up of Blackwell-based AI systems for the cloud, enterprise and edge.”

Zoho’s strategy also includes a strong emphasis on agentic AI capabilities, with plans to deploy Agents, Agent Studio (a no-code/low-code platform for building AI agents), and an Agent Marketplace. These tools are designed to empower organizations to create and monetize specialized agents, further broadening Zoho’s appeal across various vertical markets. A Zoho representative highlighted the collaborative effort, stating, “Through our collaboration with Dell Technologies and NVIDIA, we’ve built an AI infrastructure that is secure, scalable and tailored to real-world enterprise needs.” Another perspective from Dell Technologies noted, “AI is most valuable when it delivers measurable business outcomes at scale. The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA is enabling innovators like Zoho and its customers to keep pace with AI innovation such as agentic AI.” This collaboration marks a pivotal moment in the evolution of AI in enterprise software, setting new standards for tailored AI solutions that address specific business needs while maintaining a strong commitment to customer flexibility and data privacy.
