The CoE will offer end-to-end capabilities from strategy to operation, focusing on risk management, cost optimization, and advanced decision-making.

NEW YORK – September 4, 2025 – Deloitte today announced the establishment of its global AI Infrastructure Center of Excellence (CoE), a strategic move designed to meet the escalating demand from clients for robust and specialized AI data center solutions. This new CoE will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations globally through the complexities of establishing and operating advanced AI infrastructure, ensuring rapid, secure, and impactful AI deployment.

The launch comes as a direct response to the exponential growth in AI adoption across industries, which has created an urgent need for scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure. The AI Infrastructure CoE is a key component of Deloitte’s broader Silicon2Service AI factory-as-a-service offering, which aims to deliver end-to-end transformation, from foundational silicon to ready-to-use AI solutions for businesses. By integrating infrastructure innovation with enterprise outcomes, Deloitte seeks to empower clients to accelerate their AI initiatives at scale, with a strong emphasis on governance and measurable impact.

The CoE’s comprehensive capabilities span the entire lifecycle of AI infrastructure, including strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing operations. It is designed to help clients navigate critical challenges such as managing risk through robust cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, optimizing costs through efficient procurement and strategic sourcing, and enhancing decision-making capabilities via digital twins and detailed market insights. Clients engaging with the CoE will benefit from access to leading practices, advanced network architecture, and cutting-edge insights in AI infrastructure.

Deloitte is making substantial strategic investments to support this initiative, focusing on building world-class technical capabilities, establishing specialized infrastructure, and expanding its team of highly skilled AI and data center professionals. Heather Stockton, Deloitte Global Consulting Services, Technology & Transformation leader, emphasized the importance of this development, stating, “As AI adoption accelerates across industries globally, organizations are demanding infrastructure that they can scale with speed, security, and efficiency. Our AI Infrastructure CoE enables clients to move from experimentation to enterprise-grade AI with confidence, while enabling performance, resilience, and long-term scalability.” She added, “AI is reshaping industries and redefining competitive advantage, and the infrastructure that powers it must be equally transformative.”
