TLDR: Kikoff, a leading credit-building platform, has launched ‘AI Credit Disputes,’ a new artificial intelligence-powered feature designed to help its more than one million users identify and correct errors on their credit reports. The tool, available for free within the Kikoff app, automates the complex process of disputing inaccuracies, generating personalized, FCRA-compliant letters, and has already facilitated over 70,000 disputes during its pilot phase.
Kikoff, a prominent platform dedicated to credit building, has officially rolled out its innovative ‘AI Credit Disputes’ tool, offering consumers across the nation a streamlined and free method to address inaccuracies on their credit reports. This proprietary feature, now integrated into the Kikoff app, leverages artificial intelligence to simplify what has traditionally been a confusing and often costly process for individuals seeking to improve their financial standing.
Cynthia Chen, CEO and co-founder of Kikoff, emphasized the tool’s significance in a recent statement. “Mistakes on a credit report can have a real impact on someone’s life, but many people don’t know where to start or feel overwhelmed by the process,” Chen stated. “We built AI Credit Disputes to make it easier for people to take that first step. By using AI to simplify the process and giving users a clear path forward, we’re helping them take back control and make real progress.”
The launch comes at a crucial time, as credit report errors are more prevalent than many realize. According to Consumer Reports, a staggering 44 percent of individuals who reviewed their credit reports discovered at least one error, with over a quarter finding serious issues that could negatively impact their credit scores and limit financial opportunities. For Kikoff’s user base, many of whom are actively working to build credit and often carry an average of 18 derogatory marks, these errors can be a significant barrier to achieving their financial goals.
The AI Credit Disputes tool aims to circumvent the complexities and expenses often associated with traditional credit repair services, which can charge upwards of $300 per month. Instead, Kikoff’s AI solution is free for its users and automates several key steps: identifying errors, generating personalized and FCRA-compliant dispute letters tailored to each user’s specific situation, and tracking the dispute process.
The effectiveness of the tool has already been demonstrated. During a two-month pilot program involving a segment of Kikoff users, the AI Credit Disputes feature successfully helped facilitate over 70,000 credit report error disputes. This number is expected to climb significantly as the feature becomes available to all of Kikoff’s more than one million active users.

Kikoff’s introduction of this AI-powered tool aligns with its broader mission to replace predatory financial products with radically affordable and effective solutions, empowering individuals who have historically faced exclusion from mainstream financial services. The positive feedback from early adopters, as noted by Chen, underscores the tool’s potential to make a substantial difference in consumers’ financial health.
