Dig Secures $14 Million Series A to Advance AI-Powered Social Video Intelligence for Global Enterprises

TLDR: Dig, a leading social video intelligence platform, has successfully closed a $14 million Series A funding round. This investment, co-led by New Era Capital Partners and Osage Venture Partners, will be used to enhance its patented AI platform, including in-house large language models, expand global sales and marketing, and broaden its coverage across various video and messaging networks. The company aims to redefine how global enterprises monitor and respond to fast-moving narratives and potential risks like deepfakes and disinformation on social video platforms.

New York, NY – Dig, the innovative social video intelligence platform, announced today the successful closure of a $14 million Series A financing round. This significant investment is set to propel the company’s mission to provide global enterprises with unparalleled visibility and rapid response capabilities for fast-moving narratives across the most influential video platforms.

The funding round was co-led by prominent venture capital firms New Era Capital Partners and Osage Venture Partners. Additional participation came from 97212 Ventures, Maccabee Ventures, Ginossar Ventures, Itai Tsiddon, and other strategic investors, underscoring strong confidence in Dig’s unique technology and market potential.

The newly secured capital will be strategically deployed to scale Dig’s global sales and marketing efforts, expand its coverage across an increasing number of video and messaging networks, and, crucially, further enhance its proprietary AI stack. This includes the development of in-house large language models (LLMs) designed to significantly reduce compute costs, offering up to a 100-fold efficiency improvement compared to off-the-shelf services.

Dig’s platform stands apart from traditional text-only social listening tools that rely on keyword matching. Built from the ground up as a video-first, LLM-native solution, Dig intelligently understands complex briefs and research questions. It boasts an impressive capability to detect over 90 percent of relevant videos, images, or text posts, automatically filtering out irrelevant mentions by matching narratives rather than mere keywords. Furthermore, the platform is equipped to automatically detect social network policy violations, such as disinformation or deepfakes, alerting communications teams immediately, prioritizing threats, and recommending actionable next steps before issues escalate into crises.

Ofer Familier, Co-founder and CEO of Dig, emphasized the critical need for such a platform in today’s digital landscape. “Social video builds and breaks reputations faster than any other medium. Our mission is to give brands immediate, precise visibility into those narratives, along with the tools to respond before risk becomes a crisis,” said Familier. He added, “With support from New Era, Osage, and our other partners, we’re doubling down on product innovation and bringing Dig’s value to marketing, communications, and insight teams worldwide.”

Nate Lentz from Osage Venture Partners highlighted Dig’s robust technological foundation and business model. “Dig pairs computer-vision depth with a business model that meets Fortune 500 security and ROI standards,” Lentz stated. He also noted the rapid adoption by clients, observing, “The speed at which customers move from proof-of-concept to production is unlike anything we’ve seen in market intelligence software.”

Founded in 2021, Dig has rapidly gained traction, serving over 70 enterprise customers, including global luxury brands, CPG and fashion brand houses, and Fortune 500 companies. The company’s leadership team includes Ofer Familier (Co-founder & CEO), Eyal Koren (Co-founder & CTO), and Adi Paz (Co-founder & VP of R&D).
