Dallas, TX – FieldPulse, a prominent software provider specializing in field service management (FSM) solutions, announced today the successful closure of a $50 million Series C funding round. This significant investment is poised to propel the company’s continued growth, with a strong focus on advancing its artificial intelligence capabilities and expanding its customer support infrastructure.
The funding round was spearheaded by existing investor Fulcrum Equity Partners, which also led FieldPulse’s Series B round. New investor Catalyst Investors joined the round, underscoring confidence in FieldPulse’s market position and future trajectory. This latest infusion brings FieldPulse’s total funding to approximately $79 million, according to Crunchbase.
Founded in 2015, FieldPulse has established itself as a critical tool for home service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. Its mobile-optimized platform offers a comprehensive suite of features, managing everything from scheduling and invoicing to customer relationship management (CRM) and job tracking, thereby streamlining operations for tradespeople who historically relied on manual systems.
The company has demonstrated remarkable growth, reporting a four-fold increase in business over the 21 months since its Series B funding in late 2023, alongside consistent year-over-year revenue growth exceeding 100%. This expansion comes as the broader field service management market experiences robust growth, valued at an estimated $4-5 billion in 2024 and projected to surpass $11 billion by 2032, driven by digital transformation and the increasing adoption of operational efficiency tools.
A key area of investment for the new capital will be FieldPulse’s AI-powered product innovation. The company recently launched ‘Field Intelligence,’ its first AI-driven solution, which leverages ‘Operator AI’ and ‘Chat AI’ to fully automate scheduling for field service businesses. This automation aims to significantly reduce administrative burdens and enhance operational efficiency for its users. Furthermore, the funds will be allocated to enhance platform customization and bolster the customer success team, ensuring tailored onboarding and maximized return on investment for clients.
Gabriel Pinchev, Founder and CEO of FieldPulse, expressed his enthusiasm for the continued support: “We’re proud to have the continued support of Fulcrum Equity Partners and Jim Douglass, and happy to welcome Brian Rich and Catalyst Investors to the FieldPulse family. Their backing is a powerful validation of not only what we’ve built, but also where we’re headed. This investment fuels the next phase of growth while allowing us to stay true to what makes FieldPulse great: industry-leading support, a customizable platform, and a relentless focus on helping our customers succeed.” Jim Douglass, Partner at Fulcrum Equity Partners, reiterated the firm’s confidence, stating their continued investment is a ‘reflection of the deep confidence we have in their leadership, vision, and relentless execution.’
