BSNL Visakhapatnam Business Area officially signed eight Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with a diverse group of startups and incubators. The signing ceremony took place at the BSNL General Manager’s Office on Tuesday, under the ambit of the ‘Kaushalam’ policy. This strategic move is designed to integrate these new partners into BSNL’s Enterprise Business and Training Point segments.
Key representatives from BSNL present at the signing included P. Paul William, Principal General Manager; G. Adam, PGM (Operations); M. Satya Prasad, Deputy General Manager; and B.S. Srinivas, Assistant General Manager, alongside other senior officials. The startups and incubators were represented by their founders, CEOs, directors, advisors, team leaders, and consultants.

These MoUs are primarily focused on onboarding the collaborating entities as Skill Solution Partners (SSPs) and Skill Development Partners (SDPs). Their role will be to bolster enterprise business services through the application of emerging and convergent technologies, aligning with the principles of Industry 4.0. The partnership will delve into specialized domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Internet of Things (IoT), Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication, Machine Learning (ML), Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Satellite Communications. Furthermore, the collaboration extends to advanced areas like Drone Technologies integrated with Digital Twin and Generative AI, as well as immersive technologies including Augmented Reality (AR), Extended Reality (XR), and Virtual Reality (VR). This comprehensive approach aims to provide cutting-edge business solutions and enhance skill training within the region.
