PALO ALTO, Calif. – Workato®, a prominent name in agentic orchestration, has officially unveiled the comprehensive speaker lineup and additional critical details for its highly anticipated ‘World of Workato’ (WOW) 2025 conference. This flagship customer and partner event is scheduled to unfold from August 18-20 at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, marking a pivotal moment for the enterprise AI landscape.
The central theme for WOW 2025, ‘Re(AI)lize Tomorrow,’ underscores a significant shift in the perception and deployment of artificial intelligence. The conference aims to demonstrate that AI agents are no longer theoretical concepts but are actively operating at scale, delivering substantial return on investment (ROI) and fostering the development of truly ‘Agentic Enterprises,’ including Workato’s own operations.
Over the course of three days, attendees will delve into the technologies and strategies driving this transformative shift. The agenda includes direct insights from organizations that are successfully implementing autonomous agents across various business functions, including revenue, operations, IT, support, finance, and human resources.
Chandar Pattabhiram, Chief Go-to-Market Officer at Workato, emphasized the practical focus of the event, stating, “At WOW 2025, we’re not just talking about AI’s potential, we’re showing it. Alongside customers and partners, we’re demonstrating what it looks like when AI gets to work — when agents run alongside your employees and actually do the job.” He further highlighted Workato’s internal adoption, noting, “From sales to customer success agents, we’ve deployed more than 20 across our organization and our customers have done the same. We’re ready to show what it means to become an Agentic Enterprise, where experimental transforms to action. This is where the future of work begins.”
The conference sessions will feature a blend of customer success stories, live demonstrations, and product showcases, all centered around the ‘agentic stack.’ Key topics include ‘Workato ONE – Agents That Work,’ which will explore how the Workato ONE platform empowers enterprises to not only automate processes but fundamentally rethink work through the power of agents.
Attendees will also gain insights into building AI Agents at scale, operationalizing AI across the business, integrating third-party and multi-cloud platform (MCP) agents, and deploying AI where it matters most. Sessions will cover strategies for bringing AI to the core of enterprise systems, orchestrating intelligence across various platforms, and building smarter infrastructure.
Notable speakers confirmed for WOW 2025 include industry leaders such as Sanjay Chandra, VP, Global Head of IT at Lucid Motors; Al Linke, AVP of Enterprise Applications & Business Engagement at SentinelOne; and Workato’s own leadership, including CEO Vijay Tella, CTO Adam Seligman, and Chief Go-to-Market Officer Chandar Pattabhiram.
