In her comprehensive new role, Ms. Gandon will be responsible for leading the transformation of Estée Lauder’s digital, marketing, and media ecosystem. Her mandate includes shaping end-to-end strategies across the company’s extensive brand portfolio and overseeing global digital commerce. Key responsibilities will encompass precision marketing, creative operations, consumer and category insights, regional store design and visual merchandising, omnichannel media strategy, and global consumer care. She will also collaborate closely with regional leadership to accelerate online performance, aiming to elevate the consumer journey at every touchpoint and amplify brand equity through creativity, precision, and performance.
Ms. Gandon brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in digital transformation and marketing leadership. She joins Estée Lauder from Nestlé, where she most recently served as Global Chief Marketing Officer. At Nestlé, she was instrumental in leading the company’s digital transformation across 188 markets and more than 2,000 brands, implementing new operating models, launching global content studios, and forging strategic partnerships with major tech platforms, including Google, Meta, Amazon, and Netflix.
Prior to her tenure at Nestlé, Ms. Gandon held significant leadership roles at Google, including Global Managing Director for Platform & Ecosystems, where she led integrated brand and creative strategies across five continents. Her earlier career also includes senior positions at renowned global advertising agencies such as Publicis Worldwide, McCann, and Leo Burnett, where she worked with prominent beauty and luxury clients like L’Oréal, P&G Beauty, and LVMH.
